The Board of directors for the Tanglewood Homeowners Recreational Association’s (THRA) has approved the 2024 Operating Budget.  The 2024 Operating budget shows a slight increase in assessments over the 2023 assessment. Beginning January 1, 2024, the THRA monthly assessment will be $46.00.
