Tanglewood Homeowner's Recreation Association |
Tanglewood
is a dynamic and diverse community located in the eastern portion of
Montgomery County, in Silver Spring, Maryland (near the intersection of Route 29
and Fairland Road). The Tanglewood community is comprised of 826 single family,
townhouses, and condominium homes built in the mid 1980s. The community
features, a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court,
skateboard court, parks, and green space. The Tanglewood Homeowner's Recreation
Association is responsible for the care, maintenance, and management of the
recreational facilities, the common areas, and green spaces. The Tanglewood community is comprised of smaller communities within the
Tangelwood community.
Ashley Place is a community of townhouse owners within the Tanglewood community.
The Ashley Place Homeowner's Association is responsible for the care,
maintenance, and management of the Ashley Place community. The Stockbridge is a
community of condos within the Tanglewood community.
The Stockbridge Homeowner's Association
is responsible for the care, maintenance, and management of the Stockbridge
community properties. The Tanglewood Homeowner's Recreation Association is the
umbrella organization responsible for the resources shared by the entire
community. |
